Accupuncture
Acupuncture is a holistic therapy that uses precise, gentle needle placement to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes. By balancing energy pathways and improving circulation, it supports pain relief, stress reduction, and overall wellness.
Herbal Medicine
Herbal medicine uses plant-based formulas to support the body’s natural healing and restore balance from within. Each blend is tailored to your specific needs, helping address issues like stress, digestion, pain, and overall wellness. It offers a gentle, holistic alternative or complement to conventional care.
Cupping
Cupping is a gentle therapy that uses suction to lift the skin and increase blood flow to targeted areas. This natural technique helps release muscle tension, reduce inflammation, and promote faster healing. Many people find it deeply relaxing and effective for stubborn aches and stress.
Imaging & Bloodwork
Imaging and bloodwork provide a clearer picture of what’s happening inside the body, helping guide accurate and personalized treatment plans. These diagnostic tools identify underlying issues, track progress, and ensure you receive the most effective, targeted care. They offer valuable insight to support your overall wellness journey.

FAQs
What does a first appointment look like??
A first appointment is a consultation where I get all the information I need and then give the patient my thought on possible treatments and times. I also make sure all the questions are answered and we both have a clear goal to work towards. .
How many sessions are usually recommended?
It greatly depends, but general pain should see a difference within a few treatments. Spinal cord injuries or stroke can take months of consistent treatments to see results.
Does acupuncture hurt?
Very little but it goes right away. It can always be adjusted as well, so if someone think a particular point is too uncomfortable there are many others that can be substituted.
Is treatment safe for children, seniors, or specific conditions?
It is and it can be adjusted based on the person, for children I tend to use a laser to stimulate the points instead of a needle.
